North Shore Full Home Renovation
This North Shore home offered exceptional potential given its corner lot and fantastic mountain views. The dated exterior cladding seemed to take away from the home’s majestic location, and the yard was in need of some attention.
The interior of the home would definitely benefit from an update, and the downstairs’ suite needed to meet city ordinances and regulations before becoming a legal basement suite.

The exterior of the house needed some help, the curb appeal was dragging this house down.

The main living areas had potential and we knew we could bring this house up to par.

After Trilogy Contracting worked our magic…
A complete makeover. The interior and exterior of this house were completely revamped.
We kept all of the natural light, changed out the fireplace to electric, and ripped out all of the flooring. New paint, baseboards, and lighting sealed the deal.
The kitchen wall was cut down to provide a more enjoyable open concept space. Washrooms and bedrooms treated how they should be.
And a beautiful fully legal basement suite to complete this project. Top to bottom this property had a huge revamp and the new home owners also have the ability to sub-rent the basement suite as well now, cha-ching!
