South Surrey Full Home Renovation
We had a tight timeline- Trilogy Contracting had to complete this project in under 6 weeks. With both decks, two bathrooms, kitchen, and all bedrooms- this wasn’t a simple project.
This house needed work in all of the living areas. We got rid of the washed pre-fab look of this strata unit and renewed the entire space with a new modern look and feel. Complete with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

This place need a refresher. Walking into the living space you could feel the room drain you… With the age of this strata unit showing, it was deemed time to revamp this space. They called the right residential contractor in south surrey, Trilogy Contracting.
The main living areas had potential. We knew we could bring this place back to life.

The main washroom was a decent size from the start.
The biggest highlight the client’s loved, was the fact that we actually we able to add additional 330 square feet of space to the unit by closing in the patios…
Of course, we added a dream kitchen as well
